Severe pain in earlobe
I am having severe pain in left ear's bottom portion. In opening and closing of mouth also , its paining and on touching it, its also paining. There is no swelling

It seems you are having furunculosis in the external ear canal. It should be dressed with ribbon gauge smeared with 10% icthammol in glycerine or fusidic acid ointment. The procedure is to be done by an ENT specialist.
