Severe pain in abdomen with loose motion
My wife is having severe pain in abdomen from midnight which started from upper abdomen and moved to lower side. She so had vomiting and loose motions.
We had given her Satrogyl o tab and Nexpro 40 RD in morning but there is no relief.
Kindly suggest

Take Tab Drotin plus for pain. Get an uktrasonography abdomen done and revert.
