Severe pain Ankle and wrist
I'm 35yrs old with 2 kids (normal delivery). Weight 60.2kgs, Height 5.3 feet.
5years back I have started with wrist pain and year on year it continues.. last month I woke with severe ankle pain.. Doctor suggested some pain killer and pain came down in 3 days.
Again wrist pain started badly.. I'm afraid that it may be arthritis! Should I take X-ray? How to proceed further? I have been eating lots of green spinach which I have stopped because of this pain.. please suggest me
