Severe nodular acne

I am33 years old. I have lots of small small pimples on my face but what troubles me more are my nodular acne. Pimples usually comes and goes on it's own but these nodules don't go away soon they take sometimes months to go. I'm really fed up now these nodules don't have any opening as such and they form a lump on the face I'm currently using clindac gel and taking isitretinoin tablets kindly suggest me the best thing to get rid of these nodular cystic acne as soon as possible

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please consult me in my clinic or consult me by direct online consultation by sending photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment
