Severe nipple pain on left side
Hi, I am a new mother of a 30 days old baby and I am having severe nipple pain on left side while breastfeeding. The pain was bearable for the first few weeks but gradually it has increased and now I am not even able to feed my baby from that side since 2 days. When I touch it, the skin seems hard and it is painful even while touching. What do I do? I am in immense pain. Please help.

It is due to cracked nipple , it generally happened due to poor latching / positioning of the baby while feeding. There are medicated oint / cream to overcome this . And correct technique is required , home remedies are also there  . It will improve . Otherwise feeding will become a troubling experience . You may book a slot and do consultation with me. Or do instant consult .
