Severe neck pain during H1N1 recovery

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I was diagnosed with Influenza A (H1N1) about four days back. I have had no flu related symptoms since then and I feel normal except severe neck pain since the last two days. The pain was on the right side on one day and is on the left side today. I am unable to sleep as a result. Is neck pain common in this situation? What should I do? Thanks.
