Severe Migrane headache
My wife is suffering severe Migrane attacks, which leads to severe headache, vomitting and dizziness. This happens on randomly at times. What kind of home treatment should she go for and what kind of consultation can I take for her. Need some guidance

Pl avoid bright light,heavy noises,spices.Avoid noises,anger,Anxiety.pl do Yoga,meditation and pranayama. Pl have vision test, and slitlamp eye examination. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
