Severe menstrual cramps.
I am having severe menstrual cramps and bowel moments and vomiting and heavy flow during my periods due to which I feel weakness.my periods usually last for 7-8 days.for cramps I usually have drotin-m for getting relief of pain.this is continuing since last 10 years.after testing and medication there is no cure

your dysmenorrhoea may be due to endometriosis,in some un married woman it's common due tight cervix....consult good obg specialist they will do the needful
