Severe lower back pain
Hi, I m having severe lower back pain during 1st and 2nd day of periods. This happens mostly when my periods come in almost 1 month.. Normally, my periods will come 4 to 5 days early. In this situation, the pain is bearable. However, when periods come in exactly a month or just a day early, the pain in unbearable.. It won't reduce even if I m lying on bed whole day. Can u suggest something to reduce this pain. With best regards, Jyoti
