Severe jaw pain and limited mouthopening

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had a fall about 5-6 years back without the leg bent hitting the face really badly.My central incisors broke and gets separated from jaw. Then undergone rct and other treatments.After one year my mouth opening become limited.Until now I had only about 1 finger opening and a maximum of 2 finger under la.mri shows Bifid right condyle & pointed left
