Severe itching in skin. Reasons.

Major ailment/ problem: 1- Itching in full body throughout since almost 2 months. Never had such problem before coming to Mumbai. 2- Around 2-3 times in a day sudden warmth in body and terrible itching in thigh part and below. Lasts for around 5 mins. Burning sensation in full body. Lemon scrubbing helps in such situation in intense areas. Off late this has stopped giving any respite. Low body temperature with burning skin sensation presently in full body. 3. Dark small black patches in area below knees. 4. Red patches in legs, hands and back area. 5. Milder version of this problem was there last year. Things were in control in winters. 5. Presently taking cobadex vitamin regularly each one day after meal. Zerodol pain killer being taken on and off once in 2-3 days when pain is unbearable in knees due to arthritis. No medicines other than your homeo  medicine are being taken. 6. Doctors have advised for knee replacement which are being postponed for personal reasons.
