Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have severe itching in my genital area and too it's travelling till anal wall. Glands penis also gets itching.. after that I can found out some red spots on my penis staring bulb, kind of eczema sort of thing. Scrotum area too gets itched and to the side walls of my genital too
