Severe itching at lower genital part.

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Dear sir/Madam, I am severly Suffering with itching problem from about 3 to 4month and my itching is gradually increases.In between i also consulted with a dermatologist still i am not at atall cured properly from Itching Problem at my lower genital part and Also at my neck region. I also applied candid-B and Applied the cream Ebernet.Still i am not atall cured. Please help me and give me permanent solution though i am student i cant concentrate on my study. Thank you
