Severe headache with dizziness
I'm a 19 yo girl. I have headache since almost 2 yrs. It's getting worse with time. Its unbearable now. It's there the whole day but gets worse after sunset. Whole head hurts like crazy. Especially the forehead. Have breathing problems too. Feel giddy all the time. Darkness takes over when i get up or try to walk. Can't sleep at night. Very restless. Stressful and strange dreams. Get irritated with even slightest of noise. I feel cold even in summers. Confused all the time. Jumbles words while typing. Fumbles while talking. Nauseous and tired always. I get irritated and angry at everything. Going outside makes me feel head's gonna explode I have constipation. MRI of nose showed nasal septum deviation. Doc said surgery. Didn't get it done. WBC count is more. And ESR is a bit more. Doc said not to worry. i don't have thyroid, diabetes, no anaemia, nothing...all the tests done. tired of all this. Donno what's wrong with me. Pls help.
