Severe headache on head, on scalp area

Asked for Male, 54 Years

Dear Doctor, Since, few days, I've been experiencing severe to very severe headache on the upper scalp portion of my head... I'm a patient of High BP... I've been taking, Telmakind AM regularly since more than 10 years... Could you tell me, what could be the reason for migraine kind of headaches, I've been getting since a week... And also what treatment should I undergo to get rid of the headaches permanently...
