Severe headache
I am getting severe headache if i dont eat for more than 4 hours. if i feel hungry and i dont eat, im getting headache. Should i be worried?

If you increase the amount of protein in your diet you will see a huge difference in how efficiently you combat hunger headaches and even issues of stress, anxiety, and tension; all of which can have a role in bringing on this type of headache....avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...good luck
