Severe headache from 10th August
From 3 days severe headache, acidity, feeling nausea, had vomiting for 1 time , irritations, only half side severe headache is there. Feeling cold , feeling feverish.

This could be Migraine. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest.
You need to consult a Neuro Specialist to ascertain the cause of your headache. And then initiate the necessary treatment.
