Severe headache before period
Hi, I suffer with severe headache before period. I am also diagnosed with fibroadenoma 10 days back. I was thinking to go for hormone tests. I am guessing may be due to low estrogen levels. Which tests will help me identify the real issue? When should I get the tests done - after/before/during period? Please confirm. Thank you. Regards, Sakshi

It's not normal to have fibroadenoma, fibroids, irregular periods  ( early or late), missing periods, spotting between periods, prolonged heavy flow, pains and cramps during cycle, PMS and mood changes before periods, PCOS,  Endometriosis,  fertility issues, tiredness, hair fall,  sleep disturbances, weight issues etc. If it is happening to you,  it's a sign of underlying  hormone  imbalance  which needs further evaluation with blood investigations , scan etc.Good news is that all your problems  can be totally  reversed , not by masking the symptoms  with pills but by addressing  the underlying  cause of the problem and healing it from the ROOT cause. Only surgery without balancing the hormones is of no use as more fibroids and fibroadenoma can grow . Hope it helps..... sudden drop in estrogen levels at time of periods cause all this.. u cn get hormonal analysis done on day 2 of periods.. However its not going to be of much benefit.. furthermore rule out other causes too like migraines which are common in many females at time of menstruation
