Well your diagnosis is Male pattern alopecia . It s a chronic progressive condition where in minoxidil or finasteride has to be used long term ( as long as you want hair on your head ) . Unfortunately many patients get fed up and stop the medicines or application of lotion . Many hair transplant centre would try to convince you for doing the surgery or transplant but you are too young to have this as your baldness would progress and you would require another transplant after few years . I being a hair transplant surgeon would advice you to stick to the regimen which gives you control over the condition. Dosage adjustment and lotion application can be discussed with a dermatologist. Don’t get panicked . Stress would also aggravate the condition . Have protein rich and omega 3/6 rich diet would help.Do indulge in exercise Good luck !

Treatment Depending on the grade..You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
