Severe hair loss for female 21.5 years
Hi Doctor,
I'm having severe hair loss problem from past 3 months almost looking like baldness from front.Consulted gynaecologist for this done some sonography and there is no pcos problem.Currently going through medication of nano d3 liquid,cycloset, astamyn z forte from 20 days but no control on hair fall.
Could you please provide some solution to this problem.

Gynacologist will treat hairloss?? There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
