Severe hair loss after delivery

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My daughter is 11 months old and I am breastfeeding her. Suddenly I am experiencing severe hair loss. I am having vegetables, fruits, nuts regularly. Also I am taking SOFER iron tablet at night for more than 5 months. Please suggest some medicine or tablet to stop my hair fall.
