Severe Hair fall issue
I was diagnosed with Tinea Versicolor 3 years ago on my skin near neck and head . After 3 years still i have Pityriasis Versicolor in scalp and some patches are still visible at my neck. Whenever I scratch my itchy head I get my nails filled with oily sebum and my hairs break from the roots. I have consulted to a dermatologist earlier and he recommended me medicine, syrup (dr.reddy Sodium Feredetate oral solution B.P) lotion, soap(Nuforce) and Ketocozanole(keraglo AD) shampoo. It decreased the visibility of patches near neck but problem in head is still there and growing. What should I do now?
