Severe GERD symptoms
Dear Doctor, I have severe GERD symptoms. I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am obese 108kg. I reported to 3 Gastroenterologist. In January 19 Endoscopy was done but it is clear. I took all PPI and prokinetic medicine. GERD symptoms keeps repeating. I eat chicken fry with no spice. I am mostly on bland food. Now I have pain near chest area, center of chest pain with burning sensation. Pain spreading to left arm. I checked ECG . I met Cardiologist too. I later did Echocardiogram, report shows Mild PAH in Echocardiogram, Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, trivial TR observed. I am an Asthmatic patient. Pulmonologist has given me medicine after seeing Echocardiogram report. My GERD pain in chest area goes up and down. My sleep is distributed. I am taking medicine for anxiety disorder from Psychiatrist. Please advise why my GERD pain burning sensation is severe? What is the solution?
