Severe gen. itching
Arthritis since for 5yrs for which undergoing treatment but still not covered and now from 15days back undergoing treatment for TB..as got ESR &C- RP raised ..intermittent fever from 8-10months..has taken treatment of scabies , and most of the antibiotics and antifungal like fluconazone but not relieved from severe dermatitis. Unable to move both limbs. KFT ,LFT and BP normal , TSH raised

Hi. Greetings. Yours seems to be a complicated case with enormous history to rule out and see the rash if any. I would not treat this on online consultation rather suggest you to see a dermatologist near you. However, an important reason for itching could be just the dryness of skin due to age and multiple medications. Please use a moisturiser like emoderm cream daily. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
