I have bwen having severe fever and headache from last 3 days. Fever is ranging above 100. Have taken antibiotics but to no effect. Is it just a viral fever or something else?

CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI ETC IN ANY FORM. THAT'S ALL, O.K BYE.
