Severe eyelash/hair fall,orange nail tip

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have started experiencing hairfall 1yr ago(tried all sorts of natural treatments, shampoos/conditioners. It just got worse. I ended up with bald patches. Then I cut my hair very short. Looks thicker because of the curls,my eyelashes started falling too. Then my nails started turning colour, I gained 20kgs in 1.5years.
