Hi I m 31/F suffering from androgenic alopecia with severe dandruff since 2months. K/c/o PCOS. Plz help me out.i have tried keroconazole shampoo and oral flucanazole.. But not effective

Unless you also treat pcod, hairloss will not stop. Shampoo is not the treatment for Androgenic alopecia. Fluconazole is not usefull as dandruff is not a fungal infection. It is due to excess seborrhoea on scalp. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. If pcod is not controlled, the hair on the scalp may become very very scanty.
