Severe cramping and bleeding

Asked for Female, 18 Years

One period a year for a month. Severe cramping, heavy bleeding to the point of changing a super tampon every hour, faintness, and clots larger than a quarter. It’s usually not this bad but it’s gotten to an extremely. I’m a healthy 18 year old female.
