I am getting very bad cough and having internal fever for last 2 days. I had paracetamol but I didn't get any relief from it

Tab clavam 625 mg thrice daily after meals Tab Allegra M once at night Tab Sinarest thrice daily after meals Syrup dilo BM thrice daily 2 tsf Steam Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed. For fever Warm saline Gargles thrice daily Rest Avoid cold n sour stuff
