Severe cough
Getting severe cough with lot of flum getting cough continously like ellergy it was getting cleared by using azithromycin but getting back same problem in one or two months i am having acidity problem alsp do both have link up iam having same problem from more than one year

hi,
we need to work on your immunity to avoid recurrence of this issue.
stop using antibiotics, they will lower your immunity.
here is the list of supplements which will boost your immunity
1. beta glucans
2. vitamin c and vitamin d
3. zinc and selenium
4. oregano oil to bring down current infection.
stop eating wheat and milk. eat only two meals a day.
