Severe constipation in 1st trimester
Can we take "Dey's Milk of Magnesia" during the 2nd month of pregnancy for constipation if someone is not getting motion from the last 3-4 days?
Yesterday, my doctor prescribed "Duphalac" 15ml dose at bedtime for constipation, but it didn't work for the constipation problem.
I take enough water 2-3 litres per day even though I'm not getting relief.
Please tell me if Dey's Milk of Magnesia is safe in pregnancy or not?

If it’s more Take Syrup Cremaffin plus 10 ml after dinner it will be fine
