Severe constipation
Hello Doctors, I have been going through very very severe constipation for 2 yrs. I had a vaginal delivery on this may 20th. Since then the constipation is worst and at times bleed. I have tried almost all stool softeners, freelax, milk of magnesia, softovac, dulcolux, cremafin, etc, which is not working. My first stool is very very hard which is not coming out at all. Even if it comes out is bleeding and the burning remains for few mins. It's sweating while passing my stool. I have totally quit non veg for the past 1 year. And my diet includes only boiled veggies, broken wheat porridge, mosambi, guava and pome. And drink 3 litres of water. At evening I drink a half a cup of tea. Kindly suggest me the remedy for relief of this constipation. Will be thankful.
