Severe cold
Hi, I have a problem of severe cold with repeated sneazing. Earlier it used to occur at the time of morning after just waking up but now it starts any time of the day. This is so severe that I loose my energy within 30 mins.
Second problem I have is the severe deficiency of vitamin d in the body. Recend test measure it at level of 8.8 against the standard of 30.

Vitamin D has to be replaced as it can also increase the allergy symptoms.
Visit an ENT for nasal allergy treatment.
