Hello doctor! My friend is suffering from severe body pains since a day because he went to gym to try some workouts. And now he suffering a lot. His age is around 17. Please give a correct solution for that. Make sure that by your solution, he could get rid from body pains very soon.

Body aches is common after initial days of workout eapecially if one is not used to the strenuous exercises. My advice is to go low and slow on exercises. Get yourself warmed up for initial 15 to 20 minutes by cycling and stretching before initiating any heavy workout. Getting a steam bath afterworkout is also soothing for muscles.Slowly your body will adapt and no longer feel pain.

as of now if pain is severe and unbearable you may take tablets of ibugesic plus twice to thrice a day for 3 to 4 days..
