Asked for Male, 63 Years

Been diarrhea and constipation on alternate for past 1 month. Now,Severe Abdominal bloating for past 3 days. Abdominal growling 24/7,Sometimes hard to catch breath, passing normal stool. History CA rectum, on colostomy bag.
