I did intense dance training for 6 hours on Saturday and Sunday using a special prop that requires your arms. By Monday my biceps hurt whenever I moved my arms or extended them. I had dance in the evening and I didn't take heed to the pain felt earlier and danced that night. Now I cannot move either arms at all without feel excruciating pain.

This is case of overuse of muscle and delayed onset muscle soreness. I think you should give it some time to heal and don't stress ur muscles for sometime. Ice massage would be a better for you and take panadol
