Severe backpain
Sir as I am working in IT sector. Daily more than 10 hrs am continuously sitting in chair. Last 1 week onwards am suffering from backpain. Till now the pain not reduced. I took lots of tablet still am not good. Please help me

Take short breaks intermittently every hour, use a back rest and do some stretches more often. For further help get a consultation. Tablets aren’t the permanent solution.

If the pain remains more than 2 weeks it can become chronic and needs physical therapy or strength training for weak lumbar spinal muscles. If it still occurs consider spine MRI.
