Severe back Pain
Pain in back from last 1 monthFemale, 60,  had a problem of Rehumetic Artheritis. She was under treatment for last three years. Last year  doctor stopped the medicine. All was ok but from last one month she in severe back pain. Got the treatment from The local doctor but not getting cured. Attached 1.X Ray of spine 2.Blood Tests Please help for free as belong to a BPL family, i am not able to pay fee now..

ESR is very high, which means there is severe inflammation. Xray picture, although not very clear, is showing Grade 3/4 spondylolisthesis at L5, S1, which means there is dislocation in the spine. Such high grade dislocation cannot be managed with medications alone- needs spine surgery.
