My wife is experiencing severe pain in back, lumber region, since she carried our 2 year old herself for a little longer.
May some one suggest exercises and medication we could have at home.
Thanks.

Dear Sir
Severe Pain in Lumbar Region after lifting weight can be due to a slipped disc
Please consult a Neurosurgeon for Clinical Examination and make sure that it is not a slipped disc but only muscle strain
Once disc prolapse is ruled out, we can manage this with home remedies
Best Wishes

Ensure that she maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy her minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
Simple stretching exercises along with over the counter pain killers with muscle relaxants (Like Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Chlorzaxone) 2 times a day for 5 days should be sufficient. Complete rest is advised along with application of warmth. Simple exercises to be started after pain decreases. You can easily find those on YouTube.
Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Ask her to take a tab. Zerodol-Th8 twice a day after food for 3 days.
She needs to do some core strengthening excercises everyday.
Also she needs to take a calcium and vitamin D3 supplement.
Ask her to get adequate sun exposure everyday for atleast 20 mins with atleast 20 percent of body area exposed.
This should be done before 1.
Tab. Supracal pro once a day after food everyday for a 2 months.
Tab. D3 must 60k every week for 3 months.
Have lots of greens and vegetables.
Best regards.
