Hello dr. i am 18 year old girl i live away from my home due to studies i have a boyfriend , i don't know what happens when somethng doesn't o according to me i start beating myself and scream on everyone especially on my bf who studies here onlu sometimes i beat him too and i am not able to control bt when i talk to strangers i talk to them politely please help me i am going clueless about my life i need assistance also i am having homesickness
