Severe Anemia (urgent help needed)

Desperately looking for help. one of my close relatives (around 40 years old, female) is suffering from severe Anemia. don't know exact type of Anemia in medical terminology, but it is something to do with lack of enough red blood cells and not growing due to some reason. she goes to hospital every week for some injection and costs around Rs.3000. doctor said that there is no cure for this problem except taking injections every week and may need to continue doing that for next few years until and unless red blood cell production increases naturally. she tried the home remedies already. I don't have the full knowledge yet about what actually caused this problem in the first place, but it is in severe stage right now and if you can recommend the right hospital and treatment for this problem, that would be very helpful. thanks in advance.
