As beautifully explained by Dr Pallavi mild soaps should be preffered or just avoid soap as much as you can and go for simple water rinse. Also avoid junk food, excessive salt, big no to sauses or chattni, best to follow 7 days salt less diet which will include fruits, kheer, dalia , boiled rice , milk, Anything without spices, tadka , oil , salt.. This will help a lot to detoxify your system. More than 3 ltr water per day is must. Himalya clarina oint can be used for more speedy results.
