Severe acidity
I'm a nux patient and had been consulting homeo treatment for a decade and I'm a stressful person with gerd. My problem now is I had started my career again n finding it hard to handle hunger n acidity n getting irritable due to it. I need permanent cure.

Dinner must be before 8pm There must be a gap of 3hours between eating & going to sleep. Dinner must be light/ never overeat.... Avoid oily/ Fried/Spicy food... Take 50gms each of Dhaniya powder+Jeera Powder+Mishri.....mix it well & eat it abt 1spoon 3times a day...reducing the acidity
