Severe abdominal pains

I have been getting severe abdominal pains and cramps for the past year or more. I thought it was something i would eat but now they happen out of nowhere. I have bladder issues from spina bifida, but i don't think its from that. When i get these pains my stomach has also made a noise. When my bladder is full I've noticed it hurts way more. I'm 15, female, athletic, tethered cord from spina bifida, and I'm concerned. These pains double me over and have made me feel like throwing up before.
