  4. Severe abdominal pain. Fluid in pod!

Severe abdominal pain
Mid last month I went for pelvic ultrasound and the report was : 1.uterus and endometrial stripe are normal =11mm 2.both ovaries got small numerous cysts <10mm 3.no free fluid in pod

It's polycystic. I wouldn't worry unless period are irregular and any other problems are associated with it
