Sever stomach pain on upper right andome

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I had a c-section delivery in June. Post that i had a susden attack of stomach pain ( right upper abdomen) With IV pain killers it was subsided. But in last 8 days i had such incidence twice. Pls help to advice what should be my course of action

Please check with ultrasound abdomen. For the time being continue a Proton pump inhibitor daily which will give some relief.
