I am having Sever Stomach Cramps and cramps In my lower Private Parts back and front as I am traveling I am unable To go to a doctor So can u plz Suggest Me a tablet For now I am in horrible Pain

You can take cyclopam or buscopan. Apply lukewarm sesame oil on abdomen and take hot water bag thrice a day if possible.
Next Steps
Do ultrasound pelvis. Do urine pregnancy test If you have missed periods.
