Sever Neck pain
Few month before I had neck pain on right side and consulted with ortho doctor. He suggested to take X-ray, MRI & few tablets. x ray report showed that "loss of normal cervical lordosis, represent muscle spasm"  . Is MRI or surgery required also suggest doctor..

X ray will show only bones disc can be seen by mri only surgery only if severe pain or weakness right does not appear so take rest and tablets if it does not subside then take mri
