Take high rich iron food,  just like red meat,  green leafy vegetables,  fruits,  etc.what is haemoglobin level. You can take TAB FERRIUM, once Daily.

iron-rich foods Red meat Seafood. Beans. Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas. Peas.
