Serum Creatinine is 4.98 mg/dl
I am diabetic and bp patient .From some time I was suffering from constant vomits and feeling weakness so I was suggested to take KFT ,the results of which shows increased creatinine and urea in blood .I have been asked for dialysis but I can't choose that plz suggest me medication method to deal with the problem

We can see the reports And after tht we can start on medication depending on it Need to confirm its chronic kidney disease due to diabetes U can review the reports to me and we can discuss it
